E+E EE671 HVAC Air Velocity Probe

Compact hot-film air velocity probe for HVAC — selectable ranges to 20 m/s (4000 ft/min), voltage outputs 0–1 / 0–5 / 0–10 V or RS485 Modbus RTU, 10–29 V DC supply, M12 connector or fixed cable, alignment strip and mounting flange for correct immersion depth.

Common mistakes

Ordering 0–10 V output on a 12 V supply — OEM requires ≥15 V for 0–10 V.
Using EE671 for cleanroom laminar speeds below ~0.5 m/s accuracy band — consider EE660.
Skipping the alignment flange and mounting the probe off-axis in the duct.
Expecting IP65 enclosure rating — probe is IP54 per datasheet.
