Fits relative, absolute, or sealed-gauge pressure loops that need a compact 316L stainless transmitter covering 0…2 to 0…15,000 psi with 4–20 mA or voltage output and no local display.

Key advantages

  • Relative / absolute / sealed — Relative 0…2 to 0…450 PSIG; absolute 0…2 to 0…450 PSIA; sealed 0…500 to 0…15,000 PSIS.
  • ±0.1 %FS static — Optional ±0.05 %FS; Total Error Band ±0.25 %BR (optional ±0.1 %BR).
  • Output choice — 4–20 mA (IS or Non-IS), 0–5 VDC, or 0–10 VDC.
  • 316L compact body — Optional titanium; cable IP68 / connector IP65–IP67 options; no local display.

Typical applications

  • Compact OEM and skid pressure loops needing 4–20 mA or voltage without a local display.
  • Sealed-gauge high ranges up to 15,000 PSIS where relative/absolute tables stop at 450 psi.
  • UL/cUL IS 4–20 mA cable versions (max IS pressure 2,000 psis) and NSF/ANSI 61/372 water duties.

Selection guide

  • Pressure type & range — Relative 0…2 to 0…450 PSIG; absolute 0…2 to 0…450 PSIA; sealed 0…500 to 0…15,000 PSIS (infinite intermediate ranges). Pick type and span together, not just the process max.
  • Accuracy — Static ±0.1 %FS (optional ±0.05 %FS); Total Error Band ±0.25 %BR (optional ±0.1 %BR).
  • Output — 4–20 mA (IS-approved or Non-IS); 0–5 VDC; 0–10 VDC.
  • Supply — 11…30 VDC (4–20 mA IS); 8…32 VDC (4–20 mA Non-IS / 0–5 V); 13…32 VDC (0–10 V).
  • Process connection — 1/4"-18 NPT Male (other connections on request).
  • Wetted materials — 316L stainless steel; optional titanium; Viton for ranges >450 psi.
  • Housing — 316L stainless steel construction.
  • Electrical — Cable (std 10 ft); DIN43650; mPm393; MIL-C 26482; M12.
  • IP — Cable IP68; M12 IP67; mPm393 / DIN43650 / MIL-C 26482 IP65.
  • Ambient / compensated — Operating −10…60 °C (cable), −20…85 °C (connector); compensated −10…80 °C.
  • Proof pressure — ≤1500 PSI FS → 3× FS; >1500…≤9000 PSI FS → 2× FS; >9000…≤15,000 PSI FS → 1.2× FS.
  • Display — none.
  • Area / approvals — UL/cUL Class I Div 1 Groups A–D; Class II Div 1 Groups E–G; Class III (4–20 mA IS); CE (EN 61000-6-1 to 6-4 / EN 61326-1 / EN 61326-2-3); NSF/ANSI 61; NSF/ANSI 372. IS max pressure 2,000 psis.

Common mistakes

  • Ordering relative (PSIG) when the process needs absolute (PSIA) or sealed (PSIS) — range tables differ and sealed starts at 0…500 PSIS.
  • Specifying 4–20 mA IS above 2,000 psis — IS approval max pressure is 2,000 psis (published limit).
  • Ignoring connector vs cable ambient and IP differences (cable IP68 / −10…60 °C vs connector options).
  • Assuming a published media-temperature line — OEM lists operating/compensated ambient, not a separate media temperature; confirm process fluid temperature in the RFQ.
  • Expecting a local display — this family has none.

When to RFQ / what to tell us

  1. Pressure type (relative / absolute / sealed) and required span + units.
  2. Media and process fluid temperature (media temperature not separately published — state your duty).
  3. Process connection (1/4"-18 NPT Male std or alternate) and wetted preference (316L / titanium; Viton if >450 psi).
  4. Output (4–20 mA IS or Non-IS / 0–5 V / 0–10 V) and available supply.
  5. Electrical connection (cable length / DIN43650 / mPm393 / MIL-C / M12), IP need, UL IS / NSF marks required.
  6. Quantity and ship-to country.

FAQ

Q: Relative, absolute, or sealed — which Valueline range do I order? A: Relative 0…2 to 0…450 PSIG; absolute 0…2 to 0…450 PSIA; sealed 0…500 to 0…15,000 PSIS. Intermediate ranges are available — state type and calibrated span in the RFQ.

Q: Can I use the IS 4–20 mA version at high pressure? A: UL/cUL IS applies to 4–20 mA IS cable versions, with max pressure for IS-approval 2,000 psis. Above that, use Non-IS output and confirm area classification separately.

Q: What do I send for a quote? A: Pressure type and span, media and fluid temperature, process connection, output and supply, electrical connector, required marks (UL IS, NSF/ANSI 61/372, CE), quantity. Compatible with systems using Keller Valueline if you need a drop-in check — we do not claim authorized-dealer status.
