Common mistakes

Ordering DIN size wrong — F4T is 1/4 DIN; confirm panel cutout.
Assuming every unit carries FM Class 3545 — that mark is listed for limit modules; lock the module set.
Specifying SSR loads above 10 A without checking the modular output option.
Mixing fieldbus expectations (EtherNet/IP vs Modbus TCP vs RTU) without ordering the matching communications.
Leaving loop count and flex-module map blank — 1–4 PID and 0–6 limits are configuration choices.
