Common mistakes

• Ordering DIN size without confirming panel cutout (1/16, 1/8 H/V, or 1/4 DIN).
• Assuming every unit carries Class 1 Div 2 — that mark is listed for selected models only; lock the order code.
• Specifying 15 A NO-ARC output when the load is not resistive or exceeds the configured power option.
• Mixing fieldbus expectations (EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS DP, DeviceNet, etc.) without confirming the communication option on the model code.

Q: Is this a drop-in for EZ-ZONE PM? A: OEM notes backwards pinout compatibility with EZ-ZONE PM. Confirm DIN size, I/O map, and communication option in the RFQ before treating it as a form-fit swap.
